Polyethylene Bagging Film is a versatile plastic film made from raw materials such as high/low-density polyethylene (HDPE/LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). It is designed for heavy-duty logistics moisture-proof packaging, agricultural mulching, construction dust control, and food industry applications.

  • Exceptional Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength up to 20-50 MPa, superior puncture and tear resistance, ideal for heavy cargo bundling
  • Outstanding Protective Performance: Moisture and dust resistance (water vapor transmission ≤5 g/m²*24h); UV resistance extends outdoor storage time by 2×
  • Environmental Adaptability: Temperature resistance range of -70°C~120°C, suitable for freezing to high-temperature filling
  • Sustainable Options: Supports 22%-100% recycled material (rPE), meeting circular economy demands
  • Customizable Functions: Anti-static, anti-bacterial, printed logos, or embossed surfaces (anti-slip/raised patterns)

    • Container capacity: 11 tons for 20GP, 25 tons for 40HQ
Storage Guidelines

  • Temperature & Humidity: -10°C~35°C cool, dry environment; avoid direct sunlight (UV accelerates aging)
