I. Demand Confirmation & Order Receipt

Operational Steps:

1. Customer Consultation & Requirement Collection  

  Sales representatives gather customer needs through offline exhibitions, e-commerce platforms, customer referrals, etc. Key inquiries include:  

 Width requirements;  

 Area weight (unit: g/);  

 Surface quality standards (e.g., no burrs, smooth texture);  

 Special functional demands (e.g., insulation, fire resistance);  

 Order quantity and delivery lead time.  

  Example: A customer requests "2.8-meter wide, 400g/alkali-free glass fiber woven roving for large transformer insulation, requiring no burrs, with delivery within 30 days."  

2. Order Review
