High Strength Fiber Reinforced Plastic Panels Frp Plastic Sheet For Industrial Applications

We used WGSC’s FRP Panels for the walkways and equipment platforms at our São Paulo ethanol plant—where constant steam and organic acids demand tough materials. The 8mm thick, 1000x2000mm panels (with a glass fiber-reinforced polyester core) handled 200kg/m² foot traffic and 80°C steam exposure without cracking. Their anti-slip surface (Ra 6.3 texture) improved worker safety, and the modular design let us assemble 200m² of platforms in 3 days.
