Manufacturing Process
Step Description
Fiber Production High-purity E-glass filaments are drawn and coated with epoxy resin using advanced sizing technology.
Direct Roving Fibers are aligned axially and bonded into continuous strands without twisting.
Curing Controlled thermal curing (120-180°C) activates epoxy cross-linking for rigidity.
Quality Assurance Rigorous testing for tensile strength (≥3,000 MPa), adhesion, and thermal stability.
Usage Precautions
  • Storage: Keep in dry, ventilated areas (15-30°C) away from humidity and UV exposure.
  • Temperature Limits: Operational range: -50°C to 150°C; avoid prolonged exposure to >180°C.
