Carbon fiber tube, also known as carbon fibre tube, is a high-performance lightweight yet high-strength composite material. Produced by impregnating carbon fibers with resin (typically epoxy or vinyl ester) and curing via pull-trusion or filament winding processes, these tubes offer outstanding tensile strength (up to 3000 MPa) with an extremely low density of less than 1.6 g/cm³. Compared to traditional metal tubes, they provide superior corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability, and remarkable dimensional accuracy.
