It integrates a polyester veil layer with a glass fiber stitch mat base, stitched together via nylon thread in a coil structure using one-time sewing technology. This innovative design ensures dimensional stability during processing while addressing common issues like polyester veil wrinkling in single-layer forming, making it ideal for applications requiring precise resin impregnation and structural integrity.
