Untwisted Roving for Chopped Strand Mats
Product Introduction

Strand untwisted roving tailored for short-cutting applications is compatible with unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl ester resin. It is used in processes such as short-cutting and continuous sheet production, and can meet the production requirements of:

  • Conventional short-cut felts
  • Sewn and woven composite fabrics
  • Continuous sheets, car roofs, automotive box panels, and other related products
Product Features and Advantages
  • Superior Processability: Performs well in chopping, distributing, layup, and anti-static control, ensuring smooth production workflows
  • Efficient Wet-Out Performance: Rapidly wets out in resins, easily eliminates bubbles, and has excellent compatibility with resins
  • Excellent Composite Properties: Boasts high mechanical strength and outstanding translucent performance
  • Low Odor: Produces minimal unpleasant odors during handling and processing
