Stitch-Bonded Fiberglass Composite Mat is manufactured by stitching unidirectional roving layers with randomly distributed chopped strand fibers using high-strength polyester threads. This innovative construction provides multi-directional reinforcement, rapid resin wet-out, and excellent dimensional stability, making it suitable for hand lay-up, pultrusion, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), and filament winding processes.
